straight lines of ways

Problem

some of my downloaded osm data works fine, but this file is very strange. Most of the ways are straight lines!

To Reproduce

osm2pgrouting -h -p -U postgres -W -d --schema --addnodes -f shenzhen_2.osm --tags -c /usr/local/share/osm2pgrouting/mapconfig_for_cars.xml

Hi, tried the data with the code on this PR #316
Version 3.0.0 will be out soon

There are 4 problems, that is why there are 4 tables that start with__ways
