Why add double quotes when copying a column string value?

Copying text column add useless double quote when pasting

Also copy and paste does not work in 9.10. It keeps previous copied stuff

There is a new setting for this. You can configure if copying adds quotes or not.

Be careful though, setting this will break copying a row with a JSON string value. This JSON string value will not have double quotes (even if source row does) and double clicking the row will break pgadmin and show a complete white screen.
