version in main Cargo.toml file has fallen behind #2249

Hi all,
Thanks for giving us pgrx!
It seems the package version has not been updated in the root Cargo.toml file in the last two releases.
Is this intentional?
Noticed this when chasing a version-related issue but my issue was caused by something else after all and it seems this does not actually affect anything.
