chore: prepare plugins for release

- Added LICENSE to plugin-workflow
- Removed .DS_Store files from all plugins
- Updated dependency manifest

Release readiness:
- All plugins have valid plugin.json
- All plugins have README files
- All plugins have LICENSE files
- No temp files remaining
- Dependencies validated and satisfied
