Ability to disregard schema option in replicator CLI if the table names provided are fully qualified.

Currently, the pg_flo replicator CLI asks for both schema and table names and then creates fully qualified names. 
In this scenario, if we have to replicate all the tables in separate schemas, we would need several replicator commands to do so. 

Instead, if we pass fully qualified names for all the tables, it should be able to migrate them.
