Polishing

Update Interval to implement ChronoPeriod. Add with methods to create instances with adjusted components. Add between(…) and from(…) factory methods. Add getDuration() and getPeriod() methods to return the individual components encapsulated in java.time types.

Update getValue format to use plural form instead of abbrevations. Fix Postgres format parser.
