Merge pull request atomvm#580 from pguyot/w20/fix-decode-compact-term

Fix bug in decoding of literals in DECODE_COMPACT_TERM

The test generates such a term with OTP21 compiler.
This is the current CI crash of atomvm#579

These changes are made under both the "Apache 2.0" and the "GNU Lesser General
Public License 2.1 or later" license terms (dual license).
