Phalcon 4.0.0 installation error: download failed (OSX)

I'm trying to download and install [email protected] using Homebrew on my Mac (Catalina). I’m getting this error:

Did you tried to install latest version?
https://github.com/phalcon/homebrew-tap#previous-versions
