The file compile-errors.log has over 44000 error lines. Does somebody has any idea?

This are compiler warning that you can safely ignore. Try to execute if extension was compiled, execute:

php -d extension=ext/modules/phalcon.so -r "echo Phalcon\Version::get();"

My problem was PSR's priority. Now PSR 10-psr.ini and Phalcon 15-phalcon.ini.

php -r "echo Phalcon\Version::get(), PHP_EOL;"

Output:

5.0.0-alpha
