Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Access to undeclared static property: Phalcon\Di::$_default

Hello community I have an error in call a request to my api and launch the following message in the response tab in Network Chrome Dev Tools

This error launch over php 7.0.33
Apache: 2.4.37
Phalcon version: 3.4.5

Also, before I tried using on Xampp server using the following
php: 7.2.29
Same phalcon version:

Note: This project is not using migrations. All the table setup was written hardcoded.
