Reduce the size of {admiral}

Background Information

The package is getting quite close to the 5MB limit that CRAN imposes. In #2944 we've had to do a few quick fixes to ensure we are below the limit for the 1.4 release, but we should explore more detailed ways to drop the size so that we don't reencounter this issue at the time of the 1.5 release in 6 months.

Definition of Done

• Review performed to identify heaviest files (make sure to ignore any mentioned in .Rbuildignore
• Review performed to identify ways to compress/remove the above files
• Size of the package reduced as much as possible
