1. Disease control rate ((CR, PR or Duration of SD for >=xx weeks) for confirmed and unconfirmed BOR
2. Duration of SD
3. Shift variables to compare investigator and independent reviewer BORs, do Roche/Amgen compare INV with IRC BOR responses?
4. Objective response ( avalc =YN)

1. PFS/OS censoring by Non-Protocol Therapy
2. PFS/OS discounted on Non-Protocol Therapy
3. PFS/OS censoring prior to the missing visits
4. Duration of Follow Up
