We should have a green build

This is important to have a green build.

This is important not to skip mock test runner.
If we have a broken example then we declare as such but we should not stop to run the mocks.
I unskip the runner.
I skipped a broken test.

You are right, I'm checking the CI. In latest commit, P13 was green, P14 timed-out (20 minutes), and mock test failed in P12.

This is strange because I checked in one of my PR and I do not see the tests run.
Are you sure that the tests are run?
