Custom LineBreak Characters as well as `r`n

please could you include support for custom line break characters whilst reading the csv files. My data supplier sends the files with a 0x0c5 'Å' character as the line break instead of rn which is a real pain to get around. if you could add custom line breaks into the code then i would be most grateful
