I have set up the config but I do not understand the next part.

after filling the config.ini with your values, run the Python process:

$ python3 main.py

Do I need to install Python and run the above command?

Exactly so, this is the python program so you need to install Python.

I can try to make a .exe file if you want by the way.

I made this program for me and didn't expect it would have some people using it :)

I will provide more detailed instructions to the Readme (in 1-3 days)
