Contextual links on the front page overlay and conflict with one another

The contextual links on the front page for the view and the first node conflict with each other such that the view edit links are nearly inaccessible. See below. The only way to get the view links is to move your cursor into the visual space from the top, except the right corner. Anywhere else, including anywhere from the side or above the pencil icon, will show the node links. I have no idea what it's like on a mobile device. But it certainly seems like a usability issue.

We will need either a CSS fix or just add a section in view header (texte, ..)
