Allow to perform simple phenopacket sanitation #194
Description
Allow to perform simple sanitation on a phenopacket:
- replace obsolete HPO term IDs with the current IDs based on the provided ontology. Refuse to work if the provided ontology is older
- remove phenotypic feature duplicates
- remove ancestors of the present features and descendants of the excluded features
