better align arthropod ontologies with Uberon and RO

I recently added several arthropod ontologies to Ubergraph: INCATools/ubergraph#116

This will make them available for programmatic usage via SPARQL queries.

I noticed that there are several cases where those ontologies could be using relation identifiers from RO. It would also increase connectivity if they included bridging axioms up to Uberon superclasses.

We could work on all these to increase standardization, make releases, and reload Ubergraph.

Would this mean that arthropod ontologies would be perhaps available from the phenoscape environment?
