Deleted item from collection doesn't work

Hello all,

Since yesterday, I have an issue to delete item form a collection (no problem add an item).

In fact, when I click on the button delete, the js file which manage collection do the job and remove the item form the DOM. But, when I submit the form, item deleted is always in the post request !

I'm complety lost, because it was working before, and I don't understand what I've done to crash it.

Does anybody have already mange this kind of problem ?
