Feature suggestion: W (shift+w, Move tab to new window) should open multiple tabs when multiple tabs are selected

Hello. If I selected multiple tabs in Chrome (with my mouse) then type W, only current active tab is moved to new window.

But I think the W's behavior should be changed to "Move selected tabs to new window".

My thought flow: W is the mimic behavior of my mouse action – I can click tab with my mouse then drag out of the... tab line. When I select multiple tabs then drag them, those are moved out and become new window altogether. So, W should do the same action.

How about my idea? If the maintainer approve it, I'm willing to working on this.
