Bug: partially can't open a link in a new tab if the link hint end with number #4826

Describe the bug

There are two ways to open a link in a new tab. (a) F then type link hint (b) f then type link hint with shift1.

For the second method, it doesn't work as expected when the link hint ends with number. I think this is a bug.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. press f in the browser. Let say our link has "A3" link hint.
  2. press a
  3. while pressing shift, press 3
  4. Expected behavior: open a link in a new tab / Actual behavior: all link hints are dismissed (link pressing esc)

Footnotes

  1. More specifically, the last character of link hint must be typed with shift
