Support passing specific locale to both showCupertinoTimePicker ,showCupertinoCalendarPicker #58
Description
If the user switched the language to arabic , the numbers in showCupertinoTimePicker changes to indian numbers ,which seems not good for my ux
Is there a way to pass a Locale to define the text, and numbers formatting
Also as you can see the header of the calendar is totally a mess, the label should be in the center
