accessing headings made in supernote .note files via obsidian

I've been through a lot of reddit and other sources, and I swear I haven't seen an answer to this question. Is there a way to get my headings from Supernote .note files exported in any way? I would love for pdfs to export with contents taken from the headings. Or if this plugin could make a table of contents in Obsidian based on headings rather than page numbers. Is there some annotation system I can use in the original notes that would create an index of headings? Thanks for any ideas.
