Remove gui option as default paramter

Running a virtualbox instance on a desktop works just fine with the command

Command: ["startvm", "<box-id>", "--type", "gui"]

But running the same in a github runner causes a crash on box startup due to no available graphical interface.

Hopefully the GUI overwrite also works as local overwrite for RnD and GUI based testing
