warning about size of db

The db that is downloaded has ~23 GB. Thus, it would be good to add a comment about this to the README (and maybe even the download script as a terminal printout)

EDIT: and it seems that the pipeline needs at least 8 GB RAM, thus, stopped for me on a small machine w/ only 4 GB. Could be also mentioned somewhere
