Add documentation about using the action with Microsoft Testing Platform

The new Microsoft Testing Platform removed --logger, thus the instructions under https://github.com/phoenix-actions/test-reporting?tab=readme-ov-file#supported-formats won't work with it.

I think that since the action processes TRX reports, simply running tests with --report-trx instead (see here) should work.

We're not yet using Microsoft Testing Platform, just something interesting for the future.
