Content of portals disappears

Actual behavior

When editing the form field the content of the portal disappears.

It took me quite a while to reproduce this in a new phoenix project but this is the most minimal version i could achieve. If you only send one event via hooks, the bug disappears.

Expected behavior

Portal content should not disappear.

This might narrow down the options.
It all boils down to this:

• use portal inside a form
• it does not matter wether the target lies within or outside of the form
• two fast inputs trigger the disappearing portal content
• if I move f[:show?].value to the inner content of the button, the bug does not happen, so it has to be used inside the :if
