Not all Redix options can be passed through

For example, `exit_on_disconnection` is not listed in `redis_opts` and thus filtered out. (documented here: https://hexdocs.pm/redix/reconnections.html)

Assuming this was a conscious choice - is it possible to document the rationale? Would be really helpful with figuring out if we should fork, submit PR etc. when running into edge cases.
