Azure Release Pipeline ( Azure Container Apps)

Hi, It is a great project. It has added a lot to my knowledge base. But i am little bit confused here , I am trying to deploy this project on Azure Container Apps. I am pretty much clear about the CI part but not sure how to create a Release pipeline for this project.
