previously the install of pts/ffmpeg-7.0.1 failed when doing install to non-home environment directories
also external dependency libnuma-dev was missing.
and the building of x265_3.6 did not register the x265.a to package config due to missing .pc file, added that here also
Now these issues have been fixed and some shellcheck improvements added to the install script also.
