Worker mode: ReflectionException with corrupted class name on container startup

What happened?

When deploying a Laravel 10 + Octane application running in FrankenPHP worker mode (via php artisan octane:frankenphp), I intermittently get a ReflectionException where the resolved class name appears corrupted:

ReflectionException(code: -1): Class \"config\" does not exist
  at /srv/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Container/Container.php(912)

The error only appears intermittently during or shortly after deployment.

This is not really a class corruption, rather a common error message if the Laravel Container has not properly started up.

Do you see the same issue with newer Laravel versions? (10 is EOL) If you still see them, you should probably create an issue in the Octane repo.
