couldn't install oauth extention from pecl.php.net

Description

The following code:

When i try to install oauth php extension it says - nghttp2_option_set_no_rfc_leading_and_trailing_ws_validation could not be located in the dynamic link library

I was selected downloaded php_oauth-2.0.9-8.2-ts-vs16-x64.zip from following page.

https://pecl.php.net/package/oauth/2.0.9/windows

After i copied php_oauth.dll from that above zip file to php\ext folder . When i check extention in terminal by php -m cmd. it raises above error nghttp2_option_set_no....

if anyone know how to solve this

OAuth ext depends on curl, so I guess the linker error is coming from the curl DLL.
