impossible to unsubscribe to issues report

Hello,
I unsubscribed to issues report on PHP.net sending a mail to unsubscribed email, and now, i still have mails in m'y mails box of php-src issues.
Could you help me ?

Impossible i unsubscribed all the mails list on PHP.net, and it doesn't work

Please forward one of the emails that you have received, including the full headers, that you do not want to be receiving to systems@php.net and we can track down where and how you're subscribed.
