Memory corruption without using JIT

Description

The memory corruption issue described in #16856 occasionally (but consistently in the same controller, not reproducible by simply repeating requests) occurs on a production instance running async (i.e. fiber-based) code on PHP (fpm) 8.3 with opcache, without JIT.
