Description

I started using PHP from 5.1 and have been using it for over ten years.

I have never encountered such a disgusting feature in so many versions!!!

"get null when undefined array key" is the important feature for php, I think php should keeping this feature.

This has been a notice since at least PHP 4.3 (https://3v4l.org/gEUmS, 3v4l.org doesn't show older version), so I'm not sure what your argument is. If you want to ignore warnings, you're free to do so. In any case, this is not a valid bug report. Language decisions are made by the wider community, not the people maintaining bug reports. Feel free to share your frustration on the internals mailing list.
