Don't know if this site is even under the PHP project / the site maintainers are still about, but some users are apparently finding php-fpm.org confusing: https://www.reddit.com/r/PHP/comments/1joe1fq/phpfpm_with_latest_news_from_2011/

I would suggest a clear banner / section at the top of the front page directing users to the FPM section of the official documentation.
