repeated warning msgs are omitted when jit

This is due to opcache. "Unsupported declare" is a compilation warning, and since warning_replay.inc is only compiled once with opcache but twice without, there's a discrepancy. If you're trying to detect differences between JIT/no JIT (which sounds very useful!), I'd recommend:

• Comparing opcache+jit vs. opcache w/o JIT
• And/or opcache.record_warnings=1
