Add downloadable version of the docs #11
Description
In order to solve this issue
- the sphinx configuration in the main phpDocumentor repository should be altered to also allow generation of PDF documents
- the Ansible release script needs to include generation a PDF
- A link should be added from the generated documentation to the PDF
