Initial specs for application

1. "Register" as user - using github or some other authentication system is fine Completed - CRT

2. As a user, be able to edit a personal profile with information about myself as a developer

3. Be able to "tag" myself with things I know and things I'd like to learn

4. Be able to choose if I want to mentor, if I want to find an apprentice

5. Search for mentors who have things I want to learn, search for apprentices who want to learn things I know

6. Have private messaging available to those mentors or apprentices

7. Have the ability to delete private messages or block users... or reply to private messaging

8. Have the ability to "accept" an apprentice as a mentor

9. Possibly show these accepted pairs on a page

Probably more to come but that's enough for version 1 :)
