Stabilize snapshots builds #40
Description
The snapshots generation never work correctly, we need to change some things:
- have a metadata file for or in the archive distributed (sha+date+branch) (already exists: snapshot.json)
- fix Enable more GPG signing everywhere #39
- automate the snapshots builds in a way that it can be audited or/and fixed when it fails
