XML stubs not updating

Noticed that

php-8-stubs/stubs/ext/xml/xml_parser_free.php

Lines 1 to 5 in c1fe2a4

still does not reflect the deprecation from php/php-src#19449, which has been in PHP's master since August 12.

The entire ext/xml folder for the PHP 8 stubs hasn't changed since 70d451d

The extractor and the diffing mechanism probably doesn't look at function attributes at all. Feel free to send a PR.

87c8b96 added the attribute to finfo_close(), but I guess that was already a dedicated entry from the return type change
