compilation issue

Hi, I just tried compiling using xcodebuild and I get the error:

error: garbage collection is no longer supported

This is using Xcode 6.1.
I don't know much about the make system with xcode (since like many users of this, I am coming from linux and GNU tools), but it seems like this could be a quick fix.

I've added a patch (essentially just run the XCode conversion tool), could you please try again?
