Sync issues #2166

I don't think this is the problem, but I note that at 10:38, logs show that OGCS could not connect to Exchange due to a network problem - due to the point in the code that this happened, it incorrectly surmised that there were corporate restrictions on your access and you then had the message displayed on each sync "Corporate policy/anti-virus is restricting certain functionality. This may prevent proper detection of meeting organiser time zones, resulting in incorrect local start times due to DST." Later on for the "sd 1058 4.2 Correlated Subqueries Part 1" item, we see "It looks like the organiser changed time of appointment, but due to GAL policy we can't check who they are.". Two questions:-
However, as I said, I don't think this is the issue - each Google item has a different Outlook item ID associated with it and if this didn't exist in Outlook any more, then OGCS would delete it. So the real question is, why are you not seeing these 4 "duplicates" in Outlook? In Settings > Application Behaviour > Logging > Create CSVs, you could turn this on and then check was is reported in For the missing items, I see lots of changes:- Then changing the end tme Before updating to a different item Not really sure what's going on at source in Outlook - are you or an organiser doing lots of copy and paste, renaming, rescheduling activities on these item? Steps from here:

OGcalsync_2025-08-09.log
Hi Paul
I have encountered some sync issues.
I have both my Outlook calendar and my Google Calendar displayed on my Android phone Business Calendar widgets and as you can see there are a few sync issues. The Black one is Outlook and the Red one is Google.
I am using 2.11.5 Alpha version.
I only do Outlook to Google, so Google should be a carbon copy of Outlook with < 15 minutes delay, the screenshot was taken at 2025-08-09 23:43
Just to be sure, I went to into Google Calendar in browser and indeed it reflects the issue on my widget.
I have attached the log file.
Thanks.
