Review 4k DPI blurriness once .NET Framework 4.7 adopted

👀 This issue to track a more complete solution, once the .NET Framework is upgraded.

As per #2245 and #671, it was difficult to fully resolve reported blurriness on 4k monitors whilst on .NET Framework 4.6.2.

At the moment, the best workaround is likely:

1. Right-click the outlookgooglecalendarsync.exe file and Properties
2. Compatibility and then Change high DPI settings
3. Check "Override high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling performed by:" Application
