Description
Summary
Community of practice meetings will be jumped started again in January 2026.
We want to make sure we look through out documentation and guides (github/website/readthedocs) and check that
- they all agree and are up to date
- people know how to contribute in various ways
Additional details
- Make it more clear about the difference between general documentation and community practices
- e.g. https://physiopy-community-guidelines.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html. Sidebar here needs to be updated to point to useful links
- Think about different ways people can contribute - within and outside of an actual meeting! Also, think about continued engagement after a community of practice meeting occurs
- think of places people can suggest topics for meetings, ask questions etc.
Next Steps
- Mary / Ines check for any documents that exist with current approaches/explanations on contributing
- Based on existing docs, Sarah can draft up a version and others can iterate
- Mary and Rachael check through existing documentation and make a high-level plan of what needs changing
