Fix zenodo citation and displayed version note in homepage

Would be great to fix these two notes:

1. "Current version" displays the "dirty" release (I'm not sure why), but we should try to show the currently read official release vs the latest official release
2. We can improve the citation panel, at least by adding the latest Zenodo badge there (like the following first figure), or even better iframing the zenodo citation (second following figure) so that when we have a change, it's featured automatically.

Possible solution

1. Finding a way to "hide" the + and whatever follows would be great already, but otherwise lookign into how to display the name of the visualised version as a parameter would be better
2. Adding the Zenodo badge is easy (check phys2bids documentation), Idk how to add the automatic citation

I think this means that the docs were built from a git tree that had uncommitted changes. The way to avoid the dirty label is to make sure you commit or discard the changes, so I am not sure we can retrospectively change this in the tags that have already been created

but yes we could still try to remove what comes after + in the display
