Define the Documentation Seat

• Task is to define the documentation seat role on the steering committee
• Start by adding thoughts to the shared google doc
• Later we will summarise this on the website

@CesarCaballeroGaudes I started to draft some documentation tasks on the google doc - I will keep thinking and continue to iterate a bit this next week
