BlackSheep integration test failing

I think the BlackSheep integration tests are failing - as seen in this CI run:

We can figure out how to update our ASGI templates, or just version pin the BlackSheep version for now

@dantownsend As far as I can see, the latest releases of BlackSheep have improvements in authentication and authorization features. The problem is that the cryptography module from Guardpost is missing (ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cryptography'). The solution is to add the cryptography module as a dependency to BlackSheep and change this

or

After this change, the integration tests pass.

@sinisaos Ah, great - thanks! I'm happy with either fix, but ["blacksheep[full]"] feels more robust, just in case other dependencies change in the future.
