Some new components

I love Pico.

I am wondering what the appetite would be or of there is any technical reasons why Pico couldn't also have the below components:

1. Tabs
2. Timelines
3. Badges
4. Skeleton loader
5. alert/toast

That would really add some of the features many other css libraries have and round off Pico for a few more use cases.
