Possible duplicate of `text-align` property inside the same element selector

I found multiple occurrence of text-align property inside the same th, td {} selector.

	text-align: start;

PyCharm warns that Property text-align overwrites property text-align .

This is my first time contributing to picocss (and CSS in general), so pardon if my lack of understanding has caused me to mistakenly flag this as a problem, when it actually isn't.

I'm keen to know whether I can keep a line and remove the other, which line should I keep, and maybe even to propose a pull request.
